SCOUT WINE

A favourite project of 2021 has been creating a funky new label for Scout Wines.

We started having conversations around creating a dynamic character that represents the business name ‘Scout’ from To Kill A Mockingbird . We also wanted to include subtle details that related back to the home of Syrah - France.

I was inspired by inspired by the flirty, confident and fun French lady. Scout comes to life in a larger than life way - twirling her way through the streets, XL bottle overhead, pouring wine into onlookers glasses, her infectious laughter energising the balmy summer evenings.

We took a paired back approach with the colours to let the illustration sing. Special details like spot glass over the red details and logo enhances the design and bring a beautiful shimmer.
